The following terms and conditions apply to all online payments
By using the online payment facility. Members are requested to please read them carefully before making an online payment/membership fees. By using the online payment facility you accept the following terms and conditions;
1. Brahman Sabha, Amravati is only providing a link to the payment gateway service provider or the bank which will enable members to make payment online.
2. We only accept donations from Indian citizens, through an Indian bank or card. Donation to the Brahman Sabha, Amravati does not entitle you to any goods, services, positions at Brahman Sabha, Amravati or any other consideration.
Funds are used in accordance with our Aims and Objectives as decided by the executive body and members of Brahman Sabha, Amravati will publish yearly statements of accounts.
3. The list of payment options available are internet banking /debit card payment / credit card payment from banks that are listed when selecting each of the above options.
4. The information and data that you provided during this transaction will only be used for the purpose of recording your payment. Brahman Sabha, Amravati will take all precautions to ensure that the information is used for no other purpose and is not disclosed to any third party.
All payment will be processed on the information that you provide.
5. Once payment has been confirmed online, Brahman Sabha, Amravati will prepare physical receipt and send it to by email id/phone no whatsapp/
6. Success of online payment is subject to the risks involved in internet based transactions. Thus, even if the payment is processed successfully by the payment gateway provider, such information may not reach Brahman Sabha, Amravati. In such cases, Brahman Sabha, Amravati will treat that payment transaction as a failure and no further processing will be done. Such payments will be initiated for refund / settlement subsequent to the reconciliation process.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Brahman Sabha believes in helping its community as far as possible. In case if you make any payment through online facility, No Amount will be refunded to the member once payment is accepted.
2. If payment is made towards certain activity / event and if that activity or event is cancelled, then in that case we will refund the amount back.
Online Donation Terms and Conditions
1. We only accept donations from Indian citizens, through an Indian bank or card.
2. Your personal payment-related information will be governed by our Privacy Policy. In particular, we will not disclose this information to anyone except where required by law.
Donations cannot be refunded except in case of credit card fraud or duplicate transactions. Please email bsabha27@gmail.com within 14 days of payment to request a refund.
Donation to the Internet Freedom Foundation does not entitle you to any goods, services, positions at Internet Freedom Foundation or any other consideration.

DATA PRIVACY POLICY

The Brahman Sabha, Amravati advocates for your right to privacy, and we work to protect your privacy when you visit our websites and engage with us, online and offline. What we collect
We strive to collect as little personal data as we need to further our mission.
We collect information when you visit our site, use our petition tool, and subscribe to our campaigns or mailing lists. We’ll let you know what information is required for each action, and try to require the least amount of information necessary. This will usually involve details such as your name and email.
We collect information regarding visits to our website. Like most servers, IP addresses [which include location data, browser, operating system, visiting time (local and server), session, actions per visit, page views per visit, returning visitors, and referring site information] are logged automatically on access to our website however these IP addresses are not tied or collated against the responses that you send by using our forms and petitions. We undertake to delete these IP logs after a 90 day retention period as required by law.
When you sign the petition, we require a name, e-mail address, with some further optional fields. For organisations who wish to lend support to www.savetheinternet.in, www.saveourprivacy.in or www.Brahman Sabha, Amravatiamt.com we will do a manual check on the email address that you provide and further fields will be mandatory. The link to the image of your organisation that you provide may be used by us for display on our campaign websites.
The InternetFreedom.in, SaveTheInternet.in, SaveOurPrivacy.in, and Keepusonline.in websites and services are not intended for, or designed to attract, individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person under the age of 18. By using our petition tools you agree that you are over the age of 18.
